Dr. Buga is a Specialist in the field of Advanced Microscope Endodontics and enhanced Dentistry with a private practice in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. He has been graduated from the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy with mention. He has completed many continuing education courses in the field of endodontics. In 2016 he became a winner of Zerodonto International Endodontic Contest ( Judge: Arnaldo Castelucci).

He has been among the leading speaker of International Endomasters 2016 (Top 8) which was the Biggest World Online Congress of Endodontics in which 39 Top Leaders in the Field of Endodontics from 27 Countries had delivered the lecture. He is International Speaker in endodontics and conducts a hands-on course on several endodontics advancements with specialized in Instrumentation of Severely Curved Root Canals, Contemporary Retreatment Techniques, Minimal Invasive Endodontics.

Had courses and workshops in Hungary, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Paraguay, Romania, Indonesia, Portugal, Russia, Jordan, Brasilia, Poland, Mexico, China, Moldova, etc.
